Progress you can verify

Know where every point of Muscle XP came from.

Every completed set contributes XP to the muscles you trained. Open a muscle to see the exercises, workouts, and sets behind its progress. Your training earns the credit; the numbers can be traced back to real work.

  • Primary and supporting-muscle contribution stay distinct
  • Exercise and workout totals lead back to their source

Workout DNA

Build a workout that fits today.

WorkoutDNA helps generate a workout around your training focus, available equipment, and time. It can suggest substitutions when a movement does not fit, then help match warm-ups and cooldowns to the session. You can review and change every choice; 417 structured exercise profiles support the guidance.

A connected training journal

Repwarden does not just record what you did. It helps you understand it.

Useful numbers lead back to the workouts, exercises, sets, notes, and decisions that created them.

01

Exercise progression

Track personal records, estimated strength, reps, volume, streaks, plateaus, and previous performance with more consistent exercise identity.

02

Muscle analytics

See weekly and lifetime XP, stimulation sources, recovery timing, productive exercises, and training trends.

03

Workload and routines

Compare frequency, completion, duration, skipped or replaced movements, volume, and routine history. Same-day sessions and duplicate exercise occurrences are handled more accurately.

04

Everything stays connected

Open a statistic, find the contributing workout, inspect the exercise, then verify its sets, notes, XP, and records.

IMPERIAL / METRIC

Use the units that make sense to you.

Choose your preferred system in Settings. Strength, bodyweight, cardio, History, analytics, imports, records, sharing, and backups stay coherent where those measurements apply.

STRETCHDNA

Mobility credit for mobility completed.

All 46 entries remain available, with tighter duration and target selection, more consistent timing and laterality, and no completion credit for stretches you skipped.

DATA PROTECTION

Your workout should still be there.

Active sessions can no longer be silently replaced by another workout mode. Completion, recovery, History edits, and restore failure paths received stronger protection.

Bring your training history

Switch trackers without starting over.

Import supported FitNotes, Hevy, and Strong exports with source-specific handling, clearer previews and warnings, stronger session identity, safer duplicate protection, and better interpretation of dates, durations, sets, and multiple same-day workouts.

Optional Android connection

Share completed workouts with Health Connect.

On supported Android devices, Repwarden can write supported completed exercise sessions to Health Connect with stronger workout-type classification, safer edits, and improved retry behavior. The connection is optional and revocable. Repwarden does not request access to read your private Health Connect history.

Local ownership

Your training remains yours.

Core workouts, routines, History, notes, progression, and Recovery stay on your device and remain available offline. Validated exportable backups, safer restore previews, and local-only Android platform-backup behavior keep ownership in your hands—without inventing cloud sync.

Less screen time. More training.

A complete workout stays visible while you train.

  3. 03Adapt without losing work

  4. 04Review the full story

Warm-up, workout, cooldown, recovery, notes, XP, records, and achievements remain together.

Depth without the spreadsheet costume

Training intelligence with room for personality.

WorkoutDNA, StretchDNA, Muscle XP, Recovery, achievements, normalized hero artwork, and five atmospheric themes make detailed training feel less clinical without turning progression into pay-to-win theater.
